Below you will find information about the scope of services in the event of a breakdown or accident. Navigate to the manufacturer of your company vehicle and find out about the services you are entitled to. Please note the conditions listed at the beginning for all manufacturers.
IMPORTANT: In the event of any accident, an internal damage report (FO-PS-027) must also be created.

2. Services
2.1 All Manufacturers
- Services are not provided for self‑inflicted breakdowns such as an empty fuel tank, incorrect fuel, discharged battery, etc.
- No service for typical misuse
- No service if maintenance intervals are not observed
- Services only after prior contact with the respective hotline
- Towing only to an authorized workshop
2.2 BMW

Service button in the vehicle
Services in case of breakdown or accident (after prior coordination with the hotline):
- On‑site roadside assistance
- Towing to the nearest authorized BMW workshop
- Taxi continuation
- Hotel accommodation in case of breakdown more than 50 km from home (up to four nights)
- Replacement vehicle during repairs (Domestic: max three working days + weekend, Abroad: max five working days + weekend)
- Organization and cost coverage for onward or return travel (e.g. train or flight)
- Vehicle repatriation if on‑site repair is not possible in a timely manner
Validity / Duration:
- Vehicles up to three years: Mobility service is automatically included within the warranty period.
- Three to five years: Extension by 24 months possible if maintenance is carried out by an authorized BMW service partner.
- Over five years: BMW Mobile Care ends; optional protection via separate policies such as Allianz is available.

- On‑site roadside assistance for a non‑drivable vehicle
- Towing to the nearest authorized Opel workshop
- Replacement vehicle or alternative mobility during repairs
- Taxi, onward or return travel (e.g. train or flight)
- Hotel accommodation in case of travel interruption
- Organization of onward travel or vehicle repatriation
Validity / Duration:
- New vehicles: Ford Assistance is included within the new vehicle warranty.
- Extension: Possible through compliance with maintenance intervals at an authorized Ford service partner.
- Services are valid in many European countries. Details are available in current Ford terms and conditions.

- Towing to the nearest authorized Opel workshop
- Replacement vehicle or alternative mobility during repairs
- Taxi, onward or return travel (e.g. train or flight)
- Hotel accommodation in case of travel interruption
- Organization of onward travel or vehicle repatriation
Validity / Duration:
- New vehicles: Opel Assistance is included within the new vehicle warranty.
- Extension: Duration is extended after three years only if explicitly requested within the service.
- Validity depends on vehicle age and service history according to Opel conditions.

Validity / Duration:
- New vehicles: Mobility guarantee is included from first registration.
- Extension: Automatic continuation by complying with maintenance intervals at a Škoda service partner.
- There is no fixed age limit if conditions are met.
