Ensuring integrity in all business processes is essential to our success. In addition to our values, this is based on our principles of conduct, which set out binding guidelines for our actions.
It is our goal to prevent unlawful and unethical behaviour in all business relationships and to offer customers and employees transparent and fair conditions.
We do not tolerate violations of applicable law, our code of conduct or our corporate values. Your reports can help us identify risks at an early stage and avoid legal consequences and damage to our image.
Report information
You decide whether you want to submit a report anonymously or reveal your identity. If you decide to reveal your identity, you have the right to confidentiality and FES will protect your identity as far as possible.
With our Externer Link zu whistleblowersystem (Integrity Line developed and hosted by EQS Group AG), we offer you the opportunity to anonymously report information about potential misconduct (compliance and legal violations) in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act and the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act regarding known or suspected violations in your own business area (FES and affiliated subsidiaries) and beyond (suppliers).
You also have the option of submitting your reports by telephone or email to the central office responsible within the FES Group, or via the external whistleblower system operated by our ombudsperson.
Personal responsibility and diligence – dissemination of false information
We rely on your personal responsibility, diligence and professional judgement. As a whistleblower, you do not have to fear any negative consequences if the report subsequently proves to be untrue and you have not negligently or intentionally submitted false information. If you have knowingly or wilfully disseminated false information, whistleblower protection does not apply. Please note that knowingly or wilfully spreading false information may result in civil or criminal consequences.

You also have the option of submitting your information by telephone or email to the central office responsible within the FES Group.
FES respects and protects your identity if you decide to provide anonymous information. You can choose at any time whether you wish to remain anonymous or reveal your identity.
In addition to the identity of the whistleblower, all other information from which the identity can be directly or indirectly derived will also be treated confidentially.
If you decide to disclose your identity, you have the right to confidentiality and FES will protect your identity as far as possible. FES will also take all necessary steps to ensure that you are not subject to any restrictions.

However, if you knowingly or wilfully spread false information, you will not be entitled to whistleblower protection. Please note that knowingly or wilfully spreading false information can have civil or criminal consequences.
