compliance

FES stands for sustainable waste disposal and cleaning. We act responsibly and ensure cleanliness and professional waste disposal for our customers – and thus quality of life. Together with our subsidiaries, we are a strong team. Each company in the FES Group has its own area of expertise, so our customers always get the best possible results.

Basis of our actions

Ensuring integrity in all business processes is essential to our success. In addition to our values, this is based on our principles of conduct, which set out binding guidelines for our actions.

It is our goal to prevent unlawful and unethical behaviour in all business relationships and to offer customers and employees transparent and fair conditions.

We do not tolerate violations of applicable law, our code of conduct or our corporate values. Your reports can help us identify risks at an early stage and avoid legal consequences and damage to our image.

Report information

You decide whether you want to submit a report anonymously or reveal your identity. If you decide to reveal your identity, you have the right to confidentiality and FES will protect your identity as far as possible.

With our Externer Link zu whistleblowersystem (Integrity Line developed and hosted by EQS Group AG), we offer you the opportunity to anonymously report information about potential misconduct (compliance and legal violations) in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act and the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act regarding known or suspected violations in your own business area (FES and affiliated subsidiaries) and beyond (suppliers).

You also have the option of submitting your reports by telephone or email to the central office responsible within the FES Group, or via the external whistleblower system operated by our ombudsperson.

Personal responsibility and diligence – dissemination of false information

We rely on your personal responsibility, diligence and professional judgement. As a whistleblower, you do not have to fear any negative consequences if the report subsequently proves to be untrue and you have not negligently or intentionally submitted false information. If you have knowingly or wilfully disseminated false information, whistleblower protection does not apply. Please note that knowingly or wilfully spreading false information may result in civil or criminal consequences.

FES stands for sustainable disposal and cleaning solutions. We act responsibly and ensure cleanliness and proper disposal for our customers – and the quality of life that comes with it. Together with our subsidiaries, we are a strong team. Each organisation in the FES Group covers a speciality field, which enables us to always provide our customers with the best possible results.

Framework for our actions

An essential prerequisite for our success is ensuring the integrity of all business processes. Aside from our company values, this is based on a code of business conduct that provides the binding framework for our actions.

It is our aim to prevent unlawful and unethical behaviour in all business partnerships and to offer our customers as well as our employees transparent and fair conditions. We do not tolerate any violations of applicable laws, our code of conduct or our company values.

Reports from you can help us recognise risks early on and avoid legal consequences and damage to our image.

Submitting a report

You decide whether you want to submit a report anonymously or reveal your identity. If you choose to disclose your identity, you have the right to confidentiality and FES will protect your identity to the furthest extent possible.

With our Externer Link zu whistleblowing system (Integrity Line, developed and hosted by EQS Group), we offer you the option of anonymously reporting information about possible misconduct (breaches of compliance regulations and applicable laws), in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive and the German Supply Chain Act, about known or suspected violations in your business unit (FES and associated subsidiaries) or in other areas (suppliers).

You also have the option of submitting your information to the central responsible office of FES Group by telephone or e-mail, or you can submit it to our external ombudsperson using the contact form.

Responsibility and diligence – spreading misinformation

We rely upon your personal responsibility, diligence and professional judgement. As a whistleblower, you have no reason to fear any reprisals or retaliation if your information subsequently turns out to be untrue and you did not intentionally submit a false report. However, if you knowingly or wilfully spread false information, you will not be entitled to whistleblower protection. Please note that knowingly or wilfully spreading false information can have civil or criminal consequences.
