This includes the careful use of energy sources (e.g. fuel, natural gas, heating oil, electricity) and other raw and operating materials (e.g. salt, grit, water, paper). It also means seeking and implementing improvements. This involves reducing environmental impacts that arise from providing our services. These include, among other things, noise and pollutant emissions as well as wastewater. In procurement processes we take ecological criteria into account and naturally strive to set an exemplary standard in waste management, hygiene and cleanliness. We inform our customers and the public about how to behave in an environmentally responsible manner when disposing of waste.
