

Where can the container be placed?
When placing your order, you have the choice:
You can place your container either on public land (e.g. street or pavement) or on private property.
Please note, however, that you will need a special use permit from your city or local authority to place the container on public land. You can obtain this from your local public order office.
Please note: If you place a container on public road space in the city of Frankfurt am Main, we charge a fee of €9.52, which is included in the total price displayed.
No special use permit is required for placing containers on private property.
What is a special use permit? How/where can it be applied for?
When placing your order, you have the choice:

To place your container on public land, you will need a special use permit from your city or local authority. You can obtain this from your local public order office. The fee depends on the city or local authority, the number of containers ordered and the duration of placement.
Please note: When placing a container on public roads in the city of Frankfurt am Main, we charge a fee of €9.52, which is included in the total price displayed.
No special use permit is required for placing containers on private property.
What should I consider when choosing a location for my container?
In order to ensure problem-free delivery and collection of your container, the access road must be accessible to the container vehicle and not obstructed by low trees, lampposts, signs, etc. Traffic regulations in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) must be observed.
In addition, the container can only be delivered or collected from a parking space with a paved parking or roll-off area.
How long is the lead time between placing my order and container delivery?
Your ordered container can be delivered to your desired location with only two days' notice.
Simply select your desired delivery date when placing your order and, once availability has been checked, you will receive confirmation of your order as soon as possible.
Of course, you can also specify an individual delivery date when ordering your container. The earlier you order, the more certain you can be that your waste container will be delivered on the desired date.
When will my container be delivered/collected?
Simply select your desired delivery date when placing your order and, once availability has been checked, you will receive confirmation of your order as soon as possible.
You can then discuss the details of your order, including the desired time of delivery or collection, directly with your personal contact person on site. You are also welcome to enter the relevant details in the comments field when placing your order.
The earlier you order, the more certain you can be that your waste container will be delivered on the desired date.
Do I need to be present when my container is delivered/collected?
We recommend that you are present when your container is delivered or collected to ensure that it is placed in the correct location. You must also sign for the delivery or collection of your container with the driver of the container vehicle.
How long is the parking period? Can it be extended?
The price for a waste container includes container rental for a maximum of ten working days. You can leave the container in place during this period without any problems.
After this period, we will charge you a rental fee of £1.00 (plus VAT) per working day. If necessary, please extend the rental period by calling the service hotline on 0800 2008007-70.
Please note that if the container is placed on public land, you will also need to obtain a special use permit from your city or local authority.
May I move, relocate or rotate the container?
To ensure that your container can be set up without any problems, you should not move, shift or rotate it, especially if the installation site is limited in terms of space.
Depending on its size and contents, the container may not be able to be moved back to its original position once it has been filled. Any additional costs incurred as a result will be charged to you in a separate invoice.
