How do I order a container from FES?

Hier können Sie für eine Vielzahl von Abfallarten den passenden Container bestellen – sicher und bequem von zuhause aus. Und das alles zum angezeigten Komplettpreis ohne zusätzliche Kosten! 

So einfach funktioniert’s:

  1. Angabe Ihrer Postleitzahl (Lieferort)
  2. Auswahl des zu entsorgenden Abfalls
  3. Auswahl des passenden Containers
  4. Angabe Ihrer persönlichen Daten
  5. Prüfung und Abschicken Ihrer verbindlichen Bestellung
  6. Zahlung per Rechnung

Im Anschluss erhalten Sie eine Eingangsbestätigungsmail und nach Prüfung eine Terminbestätigung!

Can several containers be ordered at once?

Yes, you can order several containers of the same size for one type of waste. If you want to dispose of several types of waste, you can simply add them to your shopping basket.

Can orders also be placed via the service hotline or the contact form?

Do you require assistance with placing orders? Then please call our free service hotline on 0800 2008007-70. Our customer service team will be happy to help you place your order over the phone.

You are also welcome to send us individual enquiries using the contact form. However, orders cannot be processed via the contact form.

Is binding registration required to order a container? Do I need to create a customer account?

No, you do not need to register to place an order!

However, during the ordering process, you will be asked to provide your personal details for order processing and invoicing purposes – your data will not be passed on to third parties.

How much does the container cost? Is the price shown really an all-inclusive price?

The price of a container depends on the type of waste selected, the container size and the delivery location. You are welcome to determine the specific price for your container by selecting the waste to be disposed of, entering the postcode of the installation location and clicking on the desired container.

The total price including VAT will be displayed immediately. This is a complete price for 10 days' standing time with one-time emptying or collection. From the 11th day onwards, we charge a rental fee of £1.00 (plus VAT) per day. This means that there are no additional costs for transport or recycling, for example.

For event containers, the price is independent of the standing time. The total price (including transport and disposal) is a complete price with a one-time emptying or collection.

Is there a disposal solution for regular waste generation?

Our containers and waste disposal services are of course also available to you at regular intervals. We offer tailor-made waste disposal services, which we will be happy to develop together with you, especially for commercial customers and individual waste disposal requests.
