Important information about bulky waste collection

To ensure that removal can be carried out smoothly and in an environmentally friendly manner, we ask you to prepare your bulky waste as follows:

Bulky waste must be placed at the boundary of your private property, in a location that is accessible to the collection vehicle and freely accessible (e.g. house entrance, gate entrance, garage forecourt), no earlier than the afternoon (from 3.30 p.m.) of the previous day and no later than 6 a.m. on the day of collection. Ensure that the employees can safely remove your bulky waste from between parked cars (keep the parking space free if necessary).

The transport route for our loading team must be safe for traffic and must not exceed 5 metres. A passage width of 1.5 metres must be ensured.

If this is not possible, the bulky waste can be placed on the pavement leading to the public road. However, a passageway must remain clear on the pavement.

As we dispose of bulky waste sorted by type using different vehicles, electrical appliances, wooden items and other bulky waste must be provided separately from each other.

To ensure that the loading team does not mistakenly take other items, your bulky waste must be placed separately (on its own).

Is the collection address directly accessible? We must be able to access your bulky waste unhindered between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. with a total of three lorries.
