Declaration of intent – No plastic in the organic waste bin

The use of plastic, plastic pollution, pollution of the world's oceans – these are topics that are currently on everyone's lips. In a new directive, the EU has imposed bans on single-use products such as straws, tableware and cotton buds. This was implemented across the EU in 2021. The aim is to reverse the trend in plastic consumption. You can do your bit. Never use plastic bags to collect organic waste, as these end up in the organic waste bin; use paper bags exclusively.
