Refuse collection vehicles should no longer reverse

Large cities such as Frankfurt are becoming increasingly congested for large vehicles, making them more difficult to navigate. Across Germany, there have been a number of serious accidents involving refuse collection vehicles reversing. In order to minimise the risk to citizens and our employees, we have adjusted some of our household and bulky waste collection routes in Frankfurt. This is an ongoing process that is being continuously optimised and adapted.
